By completing the registration form and/or purchasing goods from this website an agreement exists between you and the Company. By completing this form you warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and truthful. The customer will promptly notify the Company if there is any change to this information. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password and you are liable if an unauthorized party uses your username and password.
The Company may reject an order for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of goods, an error in pricing, description or image of a product or an error or omission in the order. Orders may not be cancelled once the order has been submitted to Cricket King through the website.

PayPal or direct deposit into the Company's bank account are the only acceptable methods of payment. Our terms are all goods will remain the property of the Company until payment is made in full. While the Company endeavors to ensure all payment options are safe and secure, the Company is not liable for any problems that may arise through the use of third party payment options available on this website.
While Cricket King takes reasonable action towards keeping the shipping costs up to date at all times, it may alter freight costs charged to the Customer at any time without notice, due to changes in shipping costs imposed by the relevant transport company.
All goods will remain the property of Cricket King and will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. The Company will not be held liable for any goods that are either not delivered or delivered at a later date than expected due to inaccurate information being provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a third party responsible for the shipping of its goods.
The company guarantees that Live Insects supplied will be received by the Customer in good condition and undertakes to replace packs of crickets that are damaged, dead, moribund or otherwise faulty on delivery under the following conditions:
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. You are required to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the problem and photographic evidence (when possible). Please do not return items without contacting Cricket King first. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Faulty items: Should the item you receive be faulty or unfit for its described purpose then please notify us within 3 days of receiving it with a full description of the issue and photographic evidence (if possible). A full refund will be given for the price the item/s were purchased, once the item/s are returned to us. Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original packaging and packed well as per the way they were sent out.
Items damaged in transit: Cricket King packs all items to try and best ensure their safety while in transit however once the items have been shipped any handling issues that may arise are out of our control. Cricket King is not liable for any damage that may occur to items in transit. Please feel free to arrange your own courier if you have any concerns.
Change of mind: Cricket King is happy to offer a refund for the same amount as the item was purchased if you change your mind on an item within the first 30 days of receiving the item. The refund will only be given if the item/s are returned in their original packaging, unused and in the condition that they were sent out in. No refunds will be offered if any returned item/s have been used or are not fit for resale in any way.
These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of an order or agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
